Many ETS factors are shown to be dysregulated in BC such as ETS1 (v-ets avian erythroblastosis virus E26 oncogene homolog 1), ETS2 (v-ets avian erythroblastosis virus E26 oncogene homolog 2) and PEA3 (Polyomavirus enhancer activator 3) [124]. The gene discussed is ETS2; the disease is breast cancer.
