IGF2 and HIV-associated neurocognitive disorder: The purpose of this study was to determine whether IGF1 or IGF2 deficiency exists in HIV+ individuals, especially in the context of neurocognitive dysfunction (HAND) and to examine the relationship between IGFs (IGF1 and IGF2) and IGFBPs (IGFBP1 and IGFBP2) in a well-characterized HIV+ cohort.
