Further, we have shown that, although a variety of Th2 cytokines as well as IL-25 have been implicated in causing remodelling changes in human and murine airways in asthma, only IL-25, and not IL-4, IL-5 or IL-13 is able directly to induce angiogenesis by human vascular endothelial cells.
