MCP-1/CCL2, MIP-1β/CCL4, BLC/CXCL13, IL-8/CXCL8, sTNFRI, and sTNFRII were significantly up-regulated in both groups, while sTNFRII was remarkably higher in SLE-related patients. This evidence concerns the gene CCL4 and systemic lupus erythematosus.
