Sequencing data of miR-130b-5p expression were shown to be significantly associated with tumor progression in both early-stage triple-negative breast cancers (p = 0.002; n = 7) and advanced stage triple-negative breast cancers (p <0.001; n = 17) in Figure 4D. The expression levels of CCNG2 in our cohort of 38 samples were also measured using Agilent microarray (Human 1A v2). Here, CCNG2 is linked to triple-negative breast carcinoma.
