The data showed the expression scores of p-MORC2 in tumors were consistent with PAK1 scores ( p = 0.009; Figure 5D), and the high expression scores of PAK1 and phosphorylated MORC2 in clinical gastric cancer were also found to predict shorter overall survival of patients Log Rank p = 0.004, Figure 5E), suggesting that phosphorylation of MORC2 appears to be associated with the poor prognosis of clinical gastric cancer.
