When analysing all obtained individual UH and UMH values as shown in Figures 5 and 6 according to the presence of IgE- and non-IgE induced allergy types (Tables 2, 3 and 7) UH was each significantly elevated (p < 0.001) in the IgE- and non-IgE group compared to controls during unrestricted diet, but not during the hypoallergenic potato-rice diet (Table 7). This evidence concerns the gene IGHE and allergic disease.
