GPC6 and Crohn disease: Crohn’s disease-like inflammation was modestly associated with increased Enterobacteriaceae, while high expression of gPC9 was associated with more abundant Sutterella and beneficial Clostridia, including Ruminococcus and Blautia. The transcript patterns gPC1, gPC9, and gPC6 were most closely associated with FAP or no pouchitis (Figure 2).
