When we examined the key regulators of the glycolysis and cell cycle at the G1-S phase transition, we discovered that suppression of ENO1 inhibited the expression of LDHA, c-Myc, cyclin D1, p-Rb, and cyclin E1 while elevating the expression of p21, which promoted cell glycolysis and proliferation of NSCLC. Here, ENO1 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
