As can be observed for allogeneic trogocytosis, 17.9% of the originally PKH67- and HLA-G1-negative CD19+-gated acceptor B-CLL cells displayed PKH67-associated fluorescence, and 9.3% display HLA-G1-associated fluorescence, indicating that B-CLL tumor cells are trogocytic and can acquire membranes and membrane-bound HLA-G1 from allogeneic cells.
