The pooled estimates under either the additive model or the dominant genetic model suggested no significant association between Cdx2 and melanoma risk (pooled OR = 0.95, 95% CI = 0.81–1.13 for GA vs. GG; pooled OR = 1.00, 95% CI = 0.68–1.45 for AA vs. GG; pooled OR = 0.96, 95% CI = 0.82–1.12 for GA + AA vs. GG; Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene CDX2 and melanoma.
