BRAF and mucinous adenocarcinoma: BRAF mutant tumors were more likely to develop in the right colon (57.1 vs. 18.0%, P = 0.001), and to have poorly differentiated or mucinous adenocarcinoma (42.9 vs. 7.2%, P = 0.001), and peritoneal metastasis (50.0 vs. 18.0%, P = 0.009) in comparison with BRAF wild-type tumors (Table 3).
