Fig 3 shows the relative mRNA expression levels of POSTN, KRT17, MPO, S100A2, FGB, HSPB1, FN1, AGR2, ORM1, ALB, A2M, KRT4, as normalized to GADPH. Among them, the levels of POSTN, KRT17, MPO, S100A2, FGB, HSPB1, and FN1 were found to be up-regulated in the laryngeal carcinoma tissues, whereas the rest were down-regulated, compared to the normal tissues. Fig 4 shows expression of S100A2, FGB, KRT17, FN1 and POSTN in the laryngeal carcinoma tissues detected using Western blot analysis. Here, MPO is linked to laryngeal carcinoma.
