Most importantly, only pan-inhibition induced a significant reduction of Akt phosphorylated at Ser473, either after 6 h (Jurkat, Loucy, and DND-41 cells; Fig. 4A) or 24 h (ALL-SIL cells; Fig. 4B) treatment, suggesting mTORC2 inhibition.
