Statistical analysis showed that the expression of CXCR4 in lymph nodes with metastatic tumor was significantly higher than that of the nonmetastatic lymph nodes (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference of CXCL12 expression in lymph nodes between the two groups (P > 0.05) (as shown in Figure 4 and Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene CXCR4 and metastatic neoplasm.
