This study, has provided evidence that the occurrence of autoantibodies to TAAs (PARP1 and BRCA1/2) is not uncommon, and a characteristic feature is also the presence of multiple autoantibodies, suggesting that autoantibodies to synthetic lethal interaction (PARP1 and BRCA1/2) might act as a biomarker for diagnosis of cancer. Here, PARP1 is linked to cancer.
