KLK4 and prostate cancer: Use of the base model to predict evidence of Gleason score 7 or higher (high-grade) prostate cancer at 10-core biopsy gave an AUC of 0.738 (95% CI = 0.716 to 0.761), while the additional kallikrein markers statistically significantly enhanced the AUC to 0.820 (95% CI = 0.802 to 0.838; increment 0.082, P < .001) (Table 2).
