The IgE and IL-4 levels of the asthma group were significantly higher than those of the control mouse group, and the IL-10 and IFN-γ levels of asthma group were significantly lower than those of the healthy controls (p < 0.05), whereas the IFN-γ levels among non-control groups were similar, suggesting that CTLA4Ig treatment did not change the IFN-γ level in BALF (Table 1, left).
