Of the other variables, most notably the CXCL13 ratio was elevated 13 fold (95%CI: 4.19–39.88, p<0.001) in patients with RRMS, but also significantly elevated in patients with PPMS: 5.52 fold (95%CI: 1.29–23.53; p = 0.021) and CIS: 6.86 fold (95%CI: p = 0.003). Here, CXCL13 is linked to in situ carcinoma.
