Here, we report using the online analytical tools of two major cancer genetic databases, The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Genomics of Drug Sensitivity in Cancer (GDSC) to identify a novel promising compound for the selective inhibition of ccRCC with VHL and SETD2 mutations, and provide clues for the interactions between those common mutations in kidney cancer. This evidence concerns the gene VHL and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
