The phosphorylation of AKT, Erk1/2 and Stat5 were significantly decreased in a dose- and time-dependent manner with a less dramatic change in the total expression of Erk1/2 (Figure 4), indicating that GA suppress major cell growth signaling pathways, corroborating the data shown in Figure 1A and B in demonstrating a inhibitory effect of GA on DLBCL cell proliferation. This evidence concerns the gene STAT5A and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
