We found HCA1 mRNA expression more than 100-fold (Figure 2D), HCA2 mRNA expression unchanged (Figure 2E) and HCA3 mRNA expression about 50-fold higher (Figure 2F) in the primary breast cancer cells when compared to HCA mRNA expression in the non-tumorigenic epithelial breast cell line MCF12A.
