More intriguingly, similar to breast cancer tissue, high expression levels of Rab3D were also observed in other types of cancers including prostate, lung, colon, ovary, liver, uterine cervix, esophagus and skin carcinoma tissues (Fig. S1C and Table S2), indicating that Rab3D may play an important and critical role in the progression of these tumor types.
