When the median s-IL6 value was taken as the cut-off (1.28 pg/mL), we found more advanced age, more presence of B symptoms, more advanced stage, poorer performance status, higher IPI scores, increased mortality, more profound lymphopenia, higher LDH, higher platelet count, and lower serum albumin in the patient group with s-IL6 levels above the cut-off. Here, ALB is linked to lymphopenia.
