On immunohistochemical staining analysis, the number of positively stained macrophages in the pancreatic cancer tissue isolates was significantly decreased in NSP (Figure 6B) and Serp-1 (Figure 6C) treated mice (P<0.001, Figures 6A–C and 6G), when compared to saline treated controls.
