Based on the clinical sample analyses, our results strongly suggest that active angiogenesis and lymphoangiogenesis exist in colon cancer patients evidencing by the high expression levels of angiogenic molecules CD34 and VEGF-A, as well as lymphoangiogenenic molecules D2-40 and VEGF-C in colon cancer tissues [3, 5, 38-45]. This evidence concerns the gene CD34 and malignant colon neoplasm.
