CAMK2G and tic disorder: In order to further evaluate the possible role of autoantibodies associated with SC in our group of children with chronic recurrent episodes of acute fulminant tics and OCD without choreiform movements, serum antibodies were assayed by ELISA against intracellular (tubulin) and extracellular (lysoganglioside-GM1, D1 and D2 receptors) neuronal markers and CaMKII antibody mediated neuronal signaling activity.
