In peripheral blood from MM patients, the ratio of CD8+CD25+/CD3+T (1.13 ± 0.16%) was lower, meanwhile the ratio of CD4+CD25+/CD3+T (17.01 ± 4.85%) and CD4+CD25+CD127low/CD4+T (12.77 ± 5.56%) were significantly higher than those from normal controls (1.13 ± 0.16%, 9.51 ± 1.79%, 9.62 ± 5.77%, respectively, all P < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and Miyoshi myopathy.
