In the 3 GBM cell lines, the HOXA9 transcriptomes were enriched for several cancer-related pathways in KEGG, GO and Reactome analyses, including genes involved in cell cycle, DNA replication and repair, RNA processing, cell adhesion and migration, vasculature development, and immune-related pathways (Figure 2D–2F and Supplementary Figure 3B–3G). The gene discussed is HOXA9; the disease is glioblastoma.
