Serum reactivities against tumor antigens have been described in many cancer types, such as anti-NY-ESO-1 antibodies in sarcoma (147) and primary breast cancer (148), anti-XAGE-1b antibodies in NSCLC (3), anti-NY-ESO-1, anti-LAGE-1, and anti-P53 antibodies in ovarian cancer (18, 149). This evidence concerns the gene CTAG2 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
