To validate the relationship between the expression of eEF1A2 and miR-663, and the survival of patient in pancreatic cancer, we examined the endogenous eEF1A2 and miR-663 expression in pancreatic cancer tissues, and we observed through the Kaplan-Meier analysis that the patients with higher level of eEF1A2 (≥0.72) had shorter survival (P < 0.001; Figure 2H). This evidence concerns the gene EEF1A2 and pancreatic neoplasm.
