Although the following information is not included in Table 1, urinary thrombin activities were measured in 3 patients with proteinase 3-ANCA and in another 3 patients with anti-glomerular basement membrane antibody, all of whom were clinically diagnosed, without a histopathological examination, as having rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis. The gene discussed is PRTN3; the disease is glomerulonephritis.
