Increasing numbers of genes involved in breast cancer have been found, including Ets-1 (E-twenty-six-1), PKC (protein kinase C), CEP4 (CDC42 effector protein 4), Her2 (erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2), ALDH1 (aldehyde dehydrogenase 2), FOXA1 (forkhead box A1) and HOXD10 (homeobox D10) [1,2,3,4,5,6]. Here, CDC42EP4 is linked to breast cancer.
