AFP and laryngotracheoesophageal cleft: According to the curve, the best cutoff value for MDK differentiating HCC from LC cases was 0.387 ng/mL, above which the sensitivity to discriminate HCC = 92.5% and below which the specificity to discriminate LC = 83.3% with 88.5% accuracy (true results for both), while AFP could be used to differentiate HCC from LC cases at a cutoff level of 88.5 ng/mL, with 40% sensitivity, 96.7% specificity, and 64.2% accuracy (Table 2).
