Interestingly, treatment with both AG and acylated In1-19 induced a clear increase on p-ERK1/2 in somatotropinomas as compared to vehicle treated controls (Figure 2A), whereas only AG, but not In1-19, was able to increase p-Akt levels (Figure 2B).
