As depicted in Fig. 6B, nearly 100% of all BSC1 and wild-type RK13 cells expressed ECTV-E3 protein at 24 hours post-infection (note that E3 staining is not shown for the RK13+E3L and E3L+K3L lines because both constitutively express high levels of VACV-E3 protein, even in uninfected cells).
