Interestingly, PET-CT and tumor marker responses and survival (Table 2) seemed to correlate with: 1) changes in the numbers and activity of circulating tumor reactive lymphocytes (Figure 2); 2) a decrease in anti-tumor antibodies in blood and ascites (Figure 3); 3) increases in CD3, CD4, CD8, CD68 and CD163 positive cells at the tumor (Figure 4). This evidence concerns the gene CD68 and neoplasm.
