TNF and psoriasis: A series of inflammatory molecules are produced in psoriasis skin lesions (TNF, Il-1, Il-6, Il-8, IL-17, IL-22, Il-23, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), interferon-γ, etc.)[2] and it seems that these molecules are released in the systemic circulation based on the severity and extension of the skin lesions [3,4].
