Thus, we found that the expression pattern of CD150 splice isoforms mRNA in glioblastoma cell lines and tumor samples was different from primary B cells and LCL T5–1, as it was characterized by high level of nCD150 expression and no/low level of mRNA encoding CD150 splice isoforms with conventional cytoplasmic tail. The gene discussed is SLAMF1; the disease is glioblastoma.
