Breast cancer survival analysis demonstrated that patients with high expression of EBP, FAM127B, HPRT1, HTATSF1, MORF4L2, MOSPD1, PSMD10, SMS or TIMM8A have lower overall and relapse-free survival, and high expression of HAUS7, IDH3G, PL36A, SLC10A3, SLC9A6 or UXT have lower relapse-free survival. Here, HTATSF1 is linked to breast cancer.
