In a model where the risk of CRC was inferred per 25 g intake of meat per day subdivided by NSAID use, the risk of CRC by meat intake increased in a dose-dependent manner among variant allele carriers of TLR4/rs5030728 in the absence of NSAID use, but not among NSAID-users (S5 Table). Here, TLR4 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
