MAPK1 and myasthenia gravis: Key genes were also enriched in immune-related LAPs that are potentially related to MG; for example, PDGFRA, MAPK1, and RAF1 were enriched in LAP_05215_7 and LAP_05215_1, both of which are involved in cytokine-cytokine receptor interactions and MAPK signaling, which play important roles in MG pathogenesis (Figure S1) [41].
