Among 26 samples negative with mAb 5A6G7, 14 of them were negative with both mAb4H84 and mAb 5A6G7, and 12 of them were positive with both mAb4H84, indicating that HLA-G isoforms other than HLA-G5/-G6 might be present in these 12 NSCLC lesions. Here, HLA-G is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
