Kaplan-Meier survival analysis indicated that high expression levels of dephospho-Cdk1 (Tyr15) and phospho-Cdk1 (Thr161) correlated with a worse prognosis in the advanced NSCLC patients, whereas the patients with tumors exhibiting low dephospho-Cdk1 (Tyr15) and phospho-Cdk1 (Thr161) expression levels exhibited a more favorable prognosis (Fig. 2B and C).
