When the PSCA rs2294008 CC genotype was used as the reference, the CT genotype and a combination of CT and TT genotypes were associated with an increased stomach cancer risk (adjusted OR = 1.37, 95% CI = 1.07–1.74 for CT, and adjusted OR = 1.30; 95% CI = 1.03–1.63 for CT/TT).
