Next, we investigated the relationship between USP28 expression and patient survival and found high USP28 expression was correlated with low patient survival rate, and the mean value of all 70 NSCLC tissues was chosen as the cut-off point for separating USP28 high expression (n = 53) from USP28 low expression cases (n = 17; Fig.1D). This evidence concerns the gene USP28 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
