DDX10 and myeloid neoplasm: The following recurring inversions with their translocation variants have been described in myeloid malignancies: inv(3)(q21q26)/t(3;3)(q21;q26) [16,17]; inv(11)(p15q22) [18]; and inv(16)(p13q22)/t(16;16)(p13;q22) [19], and as a result of these rearrangements the fusiongenes PSMD2/MECOM, NUP98/DDX10, and CBFB/MYH11 are formed, respectively.
