In addition, ELISA showed markedly increased RelA and RelB activities in mutated CLL cells (0.56±0.03 and 0.28±0.05, respectively) compared with unmutated CLL cells (0.19±0.01 and 0.08±0.00, respectively, P<0.01) and normal B-cells (0.01±0.0 and 0.007±0.00, respectively, P<0.01). This evidence concerns the gene RELA and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
