Similarly, differences in frequency of circulating CD57+ve CD8 T cells were seen between our three groups, F (2, 62) = 8.16, p = .001, η2 = .20, driven by a significant increase in the percentage of CD57+ve CD8 T cells in hip fracture patients with depressive symptoms compared with healthy controls (p = .001) [Figure 2d].
