On examining CD57 expression [Figure 2c], we found significant differences in CD57+ve CD4 T cells, F (2, 62) = 1.32, p = .008, η2 = .16 between the three groups [Figure 2d], driven by an increase in the percentage of CD57+ve T cells in hip fracture patients with depressive symptoms compared with healthy controls (p = .003). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and hip fracture.
