Testicular nuclear receptor 4 (TR4) is a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily that functions as a transcriptional regulator to modulate its downstream target genes for its influence on selective diseases [9-13] including PCa [14], metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular diseases [15-18], as well as aging [19], cerebellar development [9], and fertility [20,21]. Here, NR2C2 is linked to metabolic syndrome.
